One of the values of an association with Teer Associates is its unparalleled market knowledge of building systems and our ability to manage our contractors.  With 30 years experience in the Triangle, Teer Associates has represented many of the major corporations in Research Triangle Park.  Our professional managers and staff are skilled in leasing, managing, marketing and overall maintenance of the property of others.   While having represented 736,000 square feet of office space in The Park and 539,000 outside in 22 Buildings, we strive to improve the investment and income in the property and maintain the physical features of the building.

Quick turnaround and response is our promise.  We are directly linked to our major clients through a unique online network.  Our clients are provided an after-hours number which will directly link them to one of our maintenance personnel.  Our maintenance personnel are linked directly to senior management 24 hour per day through a Nextel phone system.

TEAM APPROACH
While the building owner expects the greatest return on their investment, the Tenants expect the most efficient functioning of the building.  To fulfill these responsibilities, our Property Manager possesses a strong working knowledge of property maintenance, leasing, accounting, income tax, insurance and human relations.  Our greatest asset is the professionals that we partnership with to obtain the best results for our clients.  We work closely with our general brokerage division, architects, planners, engineers and contractors and involve their talents as required.
